When saving to iPhoto, iPresent It will create a new album with the name of the presentation. If the album already exists all of the images in the album will be moved to the Trash so that you don't get duplicates. If you have iTunes setup to automatically sync all of your photo albums your presentation will be on your iPod the next time you sync it with your Mac. Otherwise, you'll have to manually select the presentation's album the next time you sync your iPod.
Note that iPhoto may not show your slides in the correct order. This is due to the internal ordering it does (based on the View->Sort Photos menu option). Your iPod will show the slides in correct order since iPresent It is designed to ensure that your presentation runs correctly on your iPod.
When saving to Aperture, iPresent It will create a new project with the name of the presentation. If the project already exists all of the images in the project will be deleted so that you don't get duplicates. If you have iTunes setup to automatically sync all of your projects your presentation will be on your iPod the next time you sync it with your Mac. Otherwise, you'll have to manually select the presentation's project the next time you sync your iPod.
When saving to a folder, iPresent It will create a new sub-folder with the name of the presentation. If the sub-folder already exists all of the images in the folder are removed so that you don't get duplicates. If you have iTunes setup to automatically sync with your destination folder (recommended) your presentation will be on your iPod the next time you sync it with your Mac. Otherwise, you'll have to manually select the folder the next time you sync your iPod.
