How do I learn the basics?

It's easy to get up to speed with Posterino. If you not already did, you should watch the Getting Started screen-cast to get an idea of the basic workflow.

A general workflow looks like this:

  1. Open Posterino

    • Select an album in the Image Picker and click the Fill at Random toolbar button to populate your document with images
    • Use Drag & Drop to move additional images to your document or to swap images
  5. (optional)  Change the document background, general frame style or image filter by going into layout mode and choosing from the corresponding popups

  6. (optional)  Fine-tune using the Inspector

You can change the frame, filter or various other settings of each individual image by using the Inspector:

This is just a general guideline, you don't need to follow this workflow step by step. Just choose what works for you.

Tip

Generally one can say that:

Blueprint view = control the overall look of your document

Inspector = fine-tuning individual images or aspects of your document
