File Markers

Files in the file structure view may be marked with different symbols:

A file with a new symbol means it is the more recent version of the file, as compared to the file with the same name on the opposite side of the file structure.
A file with an old symbol means it is an older version of the file, as compared to the file with the same name on the opposite side of the file structure.
A file with an arrow symbol means it exists on this side of the file structure only. The file on the opposite side appears greyed-out.
A greyed-out file or folder indicates that it does not exist on this side of the file structure.
A greyed-out file with a line through it has been deleted.
A folder with a warning symbol means its contents are not synchronized; there is at least one difference in its files and folders.
